ERV partnered with the property owners in 2014 to develop a 35-unit microhousing apartment building. The building is 4-Star Built Green certified and includes fully furnished units with private bathrooms, utilities and Internet included, shared kitchens, shared laundry facility, secure bike storage, and roof top decks. The property opened in fall 2015. This property sold in November 2023 to a local real estate firm.
