ERV acquired this Capitol Hill property in 2012. OneOne6 was developed to a 57-unit microhousing apartment building. The building is 4-Star Built Green certified and includes fully furnished units with private bathrooms, utilities and Internet included, shared kitchens, shared laundry facility, and roof top decks. The property opened in June 2013.
