ERV purchased this property just blocks from historic Ballard in late 2013. It was developed into a 42-unit microhousing apartment building that is 4-Star Built Green certified and includes fully furnished units with private bathrooms, utilities and Internet included, shared kitchens, shared laundry facility, and rooftop decks with views of Lake Union. The property opened in summer 2016.
