In July of 2014, BASE Capitol Hill opened as a 32-unit microhousing apartment building with a 1,400 square foot ground floor commercial space. The central courtyard provides a gathering space for residents. The building is 4-Star Built Green certified and includes fully furnished units with private bathrooms, utilities and Internet included, shared kitchens, shared laundry facility, and roof top decks. Violet restaurant provides a unique dining experience for our residents and neighbors.
