Located a few blocks west of the University of Oregon’s campus, Ferry Street Flats will rise to be a 5-story, 97-bed microhousing project of nearly 35,500 sf with 22 at-grade parking stalls. Every unit will have their own bathroom and amenity area. The rooms will be rented fully-furnished and include a microwave, refrigerator, bed, desk, and chair.  The monthly rent includes wireless internet and utilities such as water/sewer, garbage, and electricity.  Amenities will include a roof-top deck, lounge, secure package room, and common bike storage. The project opened in September 2021 fully preleased.
