In 2007 ERV acquired this triangular parcel in Columbia City, a historic neighborhood of Seattle. Through a successful contract rezone process, ERV received land use approval for a mixed-use building of 111-residential units and 1,600 sf of retail space. The project includes townhomes, live/work units, and apartments ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms. This project is shovel ready.
