This Pierce A. Horrocks-designed building was constructed in 1925 for the Woman’s Century Club. It served as their clubhouse until they sold the building in 1968. The building later become a two-screen cinema and renamed Harvard Exit. ERV purchased the property in 2015 with a simple vision to maintain the historical integrity while adapting the building into a modern Class A office space. After a thorough renovation, the Harvard Exit opened in July 2018. Its main tenant is the Consulate of Mexico.
